Who is this "B" Chic?

 

Hi There! I'm Bethany Clemenson and I understand what it feels like to not be able to relax. To feel like you always are "on". To feel pressure from everyone. It was work, family, friends, and the pressure of success that ruled my life.

I used to work all the time.  I ran on caffeine, wine, and sleeping pills and told everyone I was "fine." The thing is, I wasn't fine at all.

I would lay in bed at night wondering what was wrong with me. Shouldn't I be happy? Is this all there is? 

It wasn't until I started working with a coach that I discovered what I REALLY wanted (instead of what I was taught to want). Then I began living according to my true priorities.
